Fondant and Gumpaste September 19, 20, 21

Class is 3 days, from 9:30am-3:00pm
Come learn how to make and work with fondant.
You'll learn to decorate, build and transport a 3 tiered cake. Make gumpaste flowers and embellishments.
How to stencil, quilt, pleat, draping, and lots of other fondant techniques so you can make gorgeous cakes!
Registration ends September 1st. Minimum of 5 students required for class.
Registration fee is due upon enrollment and is non refundable after August 1st except in case of teacher cancellation.
Cake Decorating for Beginners Sept. 8, 15, 22, 29 7-9pm
$60
Class is 4 nights
Just getting started? Come learn the basics of baking, stacking, and decorating cakes. You'll learn how to work with buttercream icing to make a variety of beautiful cakes and even take home a decorated cake to share with your friends and family!
